Pot measures just under 6 tall and. Milk Jug (Creamer) 2 1/2 tall.

Sugar measures 2 3/4 tall. I did notice a tiny dent on the lid at the lip... And a small dimple just behind the tip of the lid. These are not noticeable unless at close inspection and does not in any way detract from its beauty.
