STERLING TEA KETTLE & STAND c1910 ART DECO This is an elegant designed and crafted turn of the century Shreve Co. Sterling silver tea kettle on stand. The firm traces its roots to brothers George & S. Shreve and their small jewelry store opened min 1852 during the height of the California gold rush. By the turn of the century the firm received countless commissions from Presidents, the royal houses of Europe the US Navy and the UN.
This turn of the century Shreve sterling Art Deco tea kettle on. Stand is 11 3/4 inches tall and about 30 standard ounces.
