Again, that's pretty normal for a piece that is 80 years old. Two very VerY minor pinprick dings to the bottom right of the monogram.

I think the inside is lightly gilded. Sugar bowl - 7 ¾" handle to handle, 6 ¼" tall to tip of the finial, 4 wide. 14.9 troy ounces or 463.4 grams. The finial is bent to the side a bit, see the photos.
I think a silversmith could right it. It has a small shallow dent on the back, about ¼ in diameter. Interior is in good condition. Waste bowl - 6" long, 4" wide, 3 7/8 tall. It has a small ding on the back, about ¼" long, 1/8" wide.
