The firm founded in 1887 in North Attleboro, Massachusetts, later moving to New York. Vernon Silversmiths in 1903, with Hayes and MacFarland and. Mauser mark is not often found. This turn of the century Mauser sterling sugar bowl is 6 1/2 inches across. Handles and set weighs a bit over 15 standard ounces. Sugar bowl retains original gold interior.
