Magnificent 1895 Elkington Silverplate Tea Coffee 4 Piece Set Rare England. Beautiful antique set consisting of teapot, chocolate/coffee pot, sugar bowl, and cream pitcher. The teapot is date marked 1895, the coffee pot is marked 1898, the sugar is 1910, and the creamer is 1894. Pieces are plated german silver. The pieces are in very nice condition for the age.

No dents or deep scratches. The silverplate is worn in places revealing the german silver beneath. The german silver polishes brightly but has a slightly different color than the silver plate. The handle of the coffee pot is detached along the bottom.

Handles are a tight grain light wood, most likely a fruit wood of some kind. Lid knobs are a dark wood.
