GORHAM STERLING TEA KETTLE & STAND 1906 WEIGHS 87 OUNCES A monumental 1906 Gorham sterling silver tea kettle on matching stand, and retaining the original hallmarked burner. In tapering fluted corner form with elegantly applied leaf and floral and partial shell rim and vented base. Cover retains the original leaf framed tureen and globe finial. Leaf and flower twin rolling vine overhead swing handle, rising from spread leaf terminal.
Leaf crown, flower and shell framed mount spout. Atop matching shell and leaf accented rolling vine support arm, with streaming bead and satin surfaces, footed base.
Center with original burner, with screw on filler cap burner. Stand atop rolling vine framed scroll tip feet, united by swirling leaf and flower head applied panel. This monumental 1906 Gorham sterling tea kettle on stand is 13 1/2 inches and. The complete set weighs 87 standard ounces.
Hallmarked as shown, full Gorham sterling hallmarks, and. On all three parts matching marks and date mark. Interior of the kettle clean as if little or never used.
