English Sterling Tea Set 1932 Georgian No Monogram
ENGLISH STERLING TEA SET 1932 EDWARD VINERS - GEORGIAN An elegant British sterling silver Georgian style, hand decorated three piece tea service From the Sheffield shop of Edward Viners in 1932. The well listed firm opened their doors in 1900. Classic oval form with in-swept shoulder and elegantly hand engraved border work, see close-up images. Hallmarked, top hat dome cover retains the original mushroom finial and original fastener below.
The teapot's inverted vine cap C-scroll handle is also original to the set. This eight-eight year old British Georgian style teapot is 11 inches handle. To spout and the complete set weighs 37 standard ounces. Teapot interior clean as if never used.
