DOMINICK & HAFF STERLING TEA SET 1894 - NEOCLASSICAL - 64 OZ. A very fine 1894 Dominick & Haff sterling silver tea kettle on its original stand. The set was retailed by C.

Peacock, Chicago's oldest existing retailer, then firm founded in 1837. In squat pear shape with applied, shell and scroll with hand chased satin finish.

Cover retains the original rolling vine bud finial. Overhead leaf framed swing handle. Satin chased shell, leaf and vine spout. Atop the matching flower crown rolling vine support arm base, center with the original sterling burner. Stand atop satin finished shell and scroll edge round base. Interior clean as if never used. Rich sterling & original detail.

Burner lacking cover and small bump, handle with original stops. This 1894 D&H sterling kettle & stand is 13 inches tall and the complete set 66 standard ounces. The set is 13 1/2 inches tall and weighs 51 standard ounces. Kettle interior clean as if never used. Rich sterling patina throughout, retains original detail.
