Coin Silver TEA SET Grosjean & Woodward for TIFFANY Figural FOX STAG BEAR
A fantastic coin silver tea service by Grosjean and Woodward with three dimensional animals forming the finials. The set is composed of a tea pot, hot water pot, covered creamer, covered sugar and swing handle sugar basket. The two pots and basket were retailed by Tiffany & Co and the covered sugar and creamer retailed by T W Tucker of San Francisco, California.
Exceptional quality with applied leaves and three dimensional applications of vines on the spouts. The creamer has a face under the spout.
Figural finials on lids include a fox, bear and stag. Presentation monogram in the cartouche of each piece. Total weight: 115 troy ounces. Height of tallest pot: 9 3/4. Silverperfect under the trade name Britannia was established in 1979.
