JACOBI & JENKINS STERLING TEA SET 1949 - HAND DECORATED A very beautifully designed and completely hand decorated Baltimore Silversmiths and Jacobi & Jenkins sterling silver tea service made in Baltimore around 1905 or earlier. Brilliantly hand raised leaf and flower of various form, carved in exceptionally high relief, above fine satin background surfaces. Leaf and flower wrapped spout and handle, acanthus fan crown scroll legs. Never monogrammed to the visible body. Only the sugar and cream jug with dated names engraved under base.

This c1905 Baltimore Silversmiths sterling completely hand decorated teapot is 10 1/2 inches. Handle to spout and 7 tall the complete set weighs 69 1/2 standard ounces. The matching cream jug and sugar bowl Jacobi & Jenkins. In very, very fine condition.
