Antique 3-piece Silver Serving Set by Reed and Barton/Sheffield 1940s

  

This antique serving set is a stunning addition to any collection. Made by the well-known Sheffield brand, set includes a main dish serving bowl and a beautiful serving platter with lid. The lid can be used on either the large serving bowl or the serving platter. You can also put the serving bowl on top of the serving platter with the lid. I cleaned a small section on the back of the bowl just to show how well it cleans up.

I just did not do most of the piece. So the set's age is unknown, but it has been well-preserved and is in great shape.
