AMERICAN SILVER PLATE TEA SET TRAY DRAGON HANDLES COAT OF ARMS. An antique American silver plated dragon handle tea set tray. We acquired the tray with a mid 19th century American coin tea service.

Both with period engraved family crest, whippet & shield. Classic rectangular with petal gadroon rim. Shell crown handle rising from serpent terminal.

This 19th century American silver plated tea tray is 28 inches across handles and 17 across. Bleed thru of base metal especially to dragon handles, and stubborn tarnish as shown.
