Vintage Reed & Barton Regent 5600 Silverplate Tea Set With Tray

  
Reed & Barton 4 piece Regent 5600 Silver plate Coffee & Tea Pot Set Service (pre-1950). Silver plated tea and coffee sets were a popular wedding gift for young brides in the 40s which is the history of this set. This set, from its original owner, is in good condition, with light wear.

The Inside of each piece is very clean except the inside of the creamer is darkened. There are a few dings from use on the surfaces otherwise no major flaws. The tray has a 2x 1 discoloration (detail shown in black and white photo) All pieces are stamped Regent 5600. The tray has no stamp. TRAY: 20 LONG/24 ½ with handles; 15 WIDE 8 lbs.

COFFEE POT: 9 TALL; 10 at widest including handle (2 lbs 8 ounces). TEAPOT: 7 ½ " TALL; 9" widest including handle 2 lbs.
