REED & BARTON STERLING TEA SET c1920 HERITAGE PATTERN - HAND DECORATED. A fine and rare Reed & Barton sterling silver hand decorated tea kettle, on matching stand, retaining.

One of the firm's most richly decorated, Edwardian style patterns. In tapering urn form with shell on pedestal set atop in-curved corner with slender paneled column rising from base. Center with bright cut engraved scrolling leaf framed shield suspended from ribbon and bow. Alternating with oval framed snowflake medallion, united by streaming garland. Cover with ornately cast gadrooned edge shelf with garden urn and bell finial.

Inset thumb flower medallion accented overhead fixed handle, retains the original heat stops. Atop matching, hallmarked, snow flake medallion highlighted stabd. Which retains the original leaf finial chained securing pins.

And the original hallmarked burner. The stand atop rolled column and block tip feet.

Monogrammed RLW to one side. The rare pattern Reed & Barton kettle on stand 13 1/2 inches and complete set. Weighs 58 1/2 standard ounces.
