PORTUGUESE SILVER TEA SET SIGNED 2 CUPS - SAUCERS - SPOONS A fine mid century Portuguese (we believe) silver (916 pure) tea set, comprised of two matching tea cups, saucers and spoons. Tea cups with French Empire inspired ribbon crossed banded rim and bell flower crowned panel and beaded angular handles. Saucers with matching ribbon and banding. The tea cups 3 3/4 inches, spoons 4 3/4 and saucers 4 7/8 inches. The two sets weigh just under 8 standard ounces total. Engraved conjoined JP for the original owners, cups not monogramed. All three pieces hallmarked as shown. Rich silver patina, retain original detail, cups with original gold interiors.
