INTERNATIONAL SILVERSMITHS STERLING TEA SET TRAY c1940 WEDGEWOOD. A beautifully hand decorated, mid-century International Silversmiths sterling silver Wedgewood tray. Classic long, slender oval shape with elaborately fashioned Neo-classical border of Grecian urn.
In oval shield united by garden urn, leaf and floral, set in rolling wave border. Feathered leaf framed double rolled vine handles. Rising from satin surface spread leaf terminal.Rich sterling patina, retains original detail. Faint surface wear, no harsh lines or scratches than can be felt. Center with cypher - medallion FLS? This Wedgewood sterling tea tray is 29 inches across handles just under 12 inches wide. And weighs 108 standard ounces.
