International Silver Co Sterling Tea Set c1950 PRELUDE HAND CHASED
STERLING TEA SET c1950 PRELUDE " HAND CHASED ". This is a c1950 International Silver Co. In the firm's hand chased edition of their PRELUDE pattern. In raised pear shape with four line framed panels the center one. With hand chased leaf and floral along the top and cascading along \. Step dome cover retains the original leaf framed bud finial. Rippling leaf cap double scroll handle rolled layered oval terminal above. Hand engraved ribbon script K for the original owner. Prelude teapot is 10 inches. And the set weighs 44 1/2 standard ounces. Interior clean as if little, or never used. Our silversmiths replaced the heat stops, so this set may be.
