George III inspired cast shell and scroll rim, with large in-curved center scallop shell. Framed in sweeping leaf and berry at corners, with smaller shell, leaf and berry. Boldly cast leaf and berry crown twin vine handles rising from leafy. After almost one hundred and fifteen years appears little used.
