EMILE PUIFORCAT STERLING SILVER LOUIS XVI BACHELOR TEA COFFEE SET & TRAY MARRET FRANCE. This is an exquisite, rare, handsome, bachelors tea and coffee set in the Louis XVI pattern from Emile Puiforcat. It a stunning, prized collection of incredibly crafted pieces.
The coffee pot has a wooden handle and. Stands 5 1/4" high x 5 3/4" from spout to handle, the teapot stands 4 1/4" high x 6 1/2" from spout to handle. And also has an elegant wood handle, the lidded sugar stands 3 1/2" high and 4 3/8" from handle to handle. And finally the creamer also has a wood handle and stands 2 3/4" high x 3 3/4" from spout to handle.
Are marked with the French symbol for. 950 silver, which is Minerva.
They are also each marked MARRET. HONORE and carry the makers mark for Emile Puiforcat.The set is in excellent condition. And has never been monogrammed. The coffee pot, the creamer and sugar bowl are gilded and still gleam.
