Classic oval form with Georgian inspired petal gadrooned rim. Wide shelf border with hand carved leaf and floral displays. Twin vine framed oval shield never monogrammed.

Leaf and flower crowned double scroll handles. This monumental mid century Durham hand chased tray is 32 1/2 inches across the handles.

And 20 across and weighs 170 1/2 standard ounces. Tray retains the original hand chased detail. Only with few very faint lines to center, from very. Felt tabs underneath from the original owner to avoid scuffs.
