The set features richly hand carved scenes of exotic birds perched and flying within flowering Prunus branches. Each of the scenes is unique from the others, illustrating the hand crafting.

This late 19th century Chinese export silver exotic birds in Prunus garden is 10 1/2 inches. From handle to spout and 6 inches tall complete set weighs 42 1/2 standard ounces.

Hallmarked as shown Chinese characters, and Zeewo. The teapot interior clean as if little or never used. Covers close flush, handle secure. The cream jug and sugar retain the original gold interiors.
