Argentor Silver Plate Art Nouveau Deco Tea Coffee Pot cups saucers Set Lot

  

Coordinating set of 6 cups and saucers FAMOUS ESTATE OWNED. Tea pot is in the Art Nouveau Style and era, stamped with Argentor the 3 triangles and numbers 050, Teapot measures 7.5H x 6.5W, 3.6diam. The cups are stamped on the bottom with what looks like a 1.6 or 1.

G in an upside down triangle. Measure 1.5 H x 2.5 in diameter.

The Saucers have a stamp on the front side where the cup sits that I can't make out, measure approx. 3.75 diameter, see pics. FINE ESTATE CONDITION COMMENSURATE WITH AGE & USE, some of the silver plate is worn and fine scratches throughout the cups and saucers. The Teapot is in very good condition with minimal wear, only one tiny dent in the handle, see pics.

Although they do have different markings, their construction matches perfectly! Since I initially listed these items, they have tarnished a bit. We have estimated the age to be in the early 1900's based on the marks and style. Ome from the collection and estate of a FAMOUS public figure head and his wife, in the United States.
