Antique English Solid Silver 3 Piece Tea Set (Elkington & Co, 1923, 918g). Antique English solid sterling silver three piece tea set. The set consists of a tea pot, a cream jug & a sugar bowl.

Each piece is of a circular. Form with a pie crust shaped top rim & each raised on four mask & paw style feet.

The teapot has a ebonised wooden scrolled handle on one side & a pouring spout on the other. The teapot is finished on the top with a domed hinged lid with an ebonised wooden finial handle. The sugar bowl has a harped shaped lifting handle on either side & the cream jug has a matching handle on one side with a wide pouring spout on the other.

Each piece is fully hallmarked on the side of the body & has a nice little engraved family crest on one side. Lovely fully usable collectors item.

L x W x H. Teapot: - 263 mm x 155mm x 110mm.
