4 Pc Coin Silver President Lincoln White House Tea Set Circa 1850 Rare

  

This is a nice and rare design circa 1850's four pieces Coin Silver American tea set. This set was used by Lincolns in White House and it was called Turkey Legs (One eBayer wrote for us that this set was special order by President Lincoln's First Lady and it was used in White House). The tea pot that measures approx:6 1/2" in height , by 7 1/2" in length, On my scale it weighs approx:17 ounces. The covered sugar bowl 2 handle with lion heads that measures approx:7 3/4"in height , by 7 1/2" in length, On my scale it weighs approx:25 ounces.

The large waste bowl that measures approx:5 5/16"in height , by 7 " in diameter, On my scale it weighs approx:19 1/2 ounces. The total weigh is 88 ounces or exactly:79.11 troy ounces. The general condition for its age is very good except come needle point ding on the top of teapot that is almost invisible.
